Starting from the far 1940s until the beginning of the 90’s, Domaine de Pascati was a winery, producing delightful wine. After a long pause, finally, in 2013 this place restarted its craftmanship, due to the efforts and passion of a wine connoisseur.
Nowadays, a landmark French estate winery, Domaine de Pascati is a renowned grower-producer of wine masterpieces.
The vineyard continues growing noble grape varieties, such as Syrah and Grenache, which gives unforgettable experience. All of the methods used in the vineyard are officially verified to be organic.

rainwater to discharge it into the Mediterranean Sea. Legends say that during the Middle Ages, there were water barriers used to deliver water to the local French castles.
